We offer Free Shipping for orders $75 up on ground service by USPS Postal Service in United States only.

All orders are processed within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. All orders are shipped directly from All Silver Gifts, WA. Most of the products we offer are in stock and available for shipment within 1-2 days of placing your order. Please allow an additional 2- 7 business days if your order will be custom engraved.

All Silver Gifts is committed to customer satisfaction. We accept returns on non-engraved items within 30 days of shipment. When received, we will issue a credit for the purchase price of the item minus a 10% restocking fee and any shipping costs we have incurred.

Please note that any special order or engraved item is not eligible for return unless it is damaged or defective.

All Silver Gifts pays for the shipping on orders over $75.00, If a package is returned to us with an undeliverable address, we will contact you to let you know it has been returned. However we will have to charge the minimum fee of $5.99 to re-ship the package.
