We ship all products from state of Washington by ground service unless specified at checkout. We ship by USPS.

We will begin processing your order no later than the next business morning. Most items are in-stock and ready to ship. In-stock items will ship within approximately 1 - 2 business days.

We offer personalized gift packaging options to suit our customers needs only for $3.99 extra. Choose from pink, blue or red. Whether its a gift for a girl, boy or for the Holidays, we personalize our packaging. 

All our products come in a standard packaging which is FREE of cost. 

We use a standard white box with silver printed brand, and we customize the pouch it goes into ( blue or pink) with a ribbon to match it. Our standard packaging is a silver ribbon and a white pouch. 

ENGRAVING

Most of our products are available for engraving to make your gift personalized. We offer 3 fonts to choose from and the format - date, initials or name. We try our best to get every engraved order shipped as fast as possible. However, we do require an additional 2 business days to engrave your order before we can ship it out.
