All orders are processed within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. All orders are shipped directly from All Silver Gifts, WA via either United Parcel Service (UPS) Standard Ground Service or United States Postal System (USPS). Most of the products we offer are in stock and available for shipment within 1-2 days of placing your order. Please allow an additional 2- 3 business days if your order will be custom engraved. The engraving schedule will fluctuate with demand. We will make every effort to fill every custom order in a timely fashion. If you have a specific date that you need a gift delivered by please make us aware of your requirement. We offer free shipping on any order over $100.00 to anywhere within the Continental U.S. All orders under $100.00 will be charged a nominal $5.99 shipping and handling fee. All orders shipping outside of the Continental U.S. will be sent through the United State Postal Service and subject to customs fees upon entering the destination country.

Expedited Shipping

We offer Overnight shipping and 2 day shipping on all orders. There is an additional fee available in checkout should you choose to expedite your shipping. Depending on the size of the shipment and location shipping to, we reserve the right to charge more for expedited shipping should the weight, location or number of packages warrant additional cost. We will contact you for approval if we need to charge additional for expedited shipping.

International Shipments

We do ship internationally. You must call us to make international orders. Depending on the size of the shipment, we reserve the right to charge more should the weight or number of packages warrant additional cost. Please be aware that most countries will charge a customs fee when the package reaches its destination.

Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns on non-engraved items within 30 days of shipment. When received, we will issue a credit for the purchase price of the item. Please email us at service@allsilvergifts.com to request a return, so that we can send over a return form to be inserted in your package. Any returns made without a return authorization will not be accepted as we need to track returns. 

Please note that any special order or engraved item is not eligible for return unless it is damaged or defective. In an event the product is engraved but damaged, we will replace the product for you. 

We have 3 options for return:

  • Return your item for a full refund (Free Returns are only eligable for non-engraved products)
  • Exchange your item for another item for free
  • Get a store credit 

All Silver Gifts pays for the shipping on orders over $75.00, If a package is returned to us with an undeliverable address, we will contact you to let you know it has been returned. However we will have to charge the minimum fee of $5.99 to re-ship the package.

Damaged or defective merchandise:

Please examine the contents of your order immediately upon receipt. If any item is damaged or has a manufacturer’s defect, please contact Customer Service at (800) 723-9659 within7 days of receipt for return instructions. We will request delivery back by customer or will issue a return authorization and arrange to have your package picked up. Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will either replace it at no charge or issue a merchandise credit minus shipping charges. Please remember no returns can be accepted without a return authorization! If you receive an order that has not been engraved and decide you don’t like it, please call Customer Service at (800) 723-9659 within 7 days of receipt for a return authorization. All returned items must be in original, unused condition.

Engraved and special order returns:

Any engraved or special order item cannot be accepted for return unless it is damaged or defective. All engraved items are not eligible of return and if damaged, we only offer an exchange of the product. When in doubt about whether your engraved or special item order can be returned for replacement or credit, please contact Customer Service at 844-341-3871 or email service@allsilvergifts.com. 

Engraving mistakes:

For any engraved or personalized items, please check and re-check your spelling and grammar carefully before submitting your order to us. We are not responsible for any spelling or grammar mistakes submitted by the customer. If an engraving error has been made by us, we will replace the item at no charge or issue a full credit within 7days of notice after delivery. Please contact Customer Service at (844-341-3871

When packaging your merchandise for return:

  1. Please remember no returns can be accepted without a return authorization, regardless of the reason for return.
  2. Please re-use the original carton and packing material.
  3. Please email us at service@allsilvergifts.com to request a return. 
  4. We will email you a return form that needs to be put into the package 
  5. Place the merchandise, packing slip and return form inside the carton and seal the carton with appropriate packaging tape.
