We ship to most locations within the United States as well as to Military (APO/FPO) addresses and U.S. Territories. Please note that All Silver Gifts is not responsible for any charges upon delivery due to forwarding addresses.

ENGRAVED PRODUCTS

The above total delivery times include the time to engrave the product. After the engraving, the item ships via the shipping method selected. Please not, engraved orders CANNOT be delivered in 2 days if you choose 2 day shipping. The additional engraving time of 2-3 days is required for all orders.

Occasionally, during large promotional events and holiday rush, there may be a slight delay in validating your order, and additional shipping time may be required.

STANDARD DELIVERY (FREE WITH $75+ PURCHASE)

Orders shipped via Standard Delivery may take up to 10 business days via Fedex or USPS. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Standard Delivery is only available for street addresses and P.O. Box shipments. Standard Delivery is available for shipments to AK, HI and U.S. Territories.

Shipment re-routes, address corrections, and shipment call-backs may not be available on Standard Delivery orders. If available, delivery of your order may be delayed an additional five business days. Please review your shipping information carefully before finalizing your order.

2-DAY DELIVERY

Orders shipped via 2-Day Delivery should take 2 business days via Fedex for non engraving orders ONLY. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you have an engraved order, please check the shipping timeline. Shipment re-routes, address corrections, and shipment call-backs may not be available on these orders, so please review your shipping information carefully before finalizing your order. Deliveries to P.O. Boxes are not eligible for 2-Day Delivery.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

All non engraving orders received prior to 12 noon PT, Monday–Friday, pending credit authorization, address verification, and processing are delivered via Fedex the following business day before the end of day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Non engraving orders placed after 12 noon PT on Fridays will ship out on Monday, pending credit card validation, address verification, and processing (unless Monday is a Holiday). Next Day Delivery is limited in select areas. For details on service locations, visit Fedex.com. Next Day Delivery is not available for shipments to AK, HI, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories.

If you have an engraved order, please check the timeline for the delivery as we do require additional 2-3 days for engraving the product before it ships out overnight service.
